In 2008, after recovering from a personal injury, resulting from a highway accident, I decided to pursue a career change that would provide another opportunity for Public Service.
I began as a Real Estate Salesperson in May of 2008 and continued until March 2016 when I decided to launch my own company.
"New Dawn Percentage Realty" was born from my vision of something different that would make sure We "PUT CLIENTS FIRST!"

Ryan is thrilled to join the new dawn team as a sales agent!
Over the past few years, Ryan has managed the marketing for New Dawn, while working towards his salesperson's license. After two decades in the digital marketing industry, he is looking forward to putting that experience to use for his real estate clients and giving them a competitive edge in the busy local market.
