"I have known Ellsworth for a few years and have followed some of the Community Involvement and Projects he was involved in. I found him to be a Go-Getter. He was always upfront about what he was doing and always told it like it was. When my Son decided to Purchase a Property in the St. John's Area he came to me seeking my opinion on how he should go about it. I suggested that we should talk to Ellsworth.

This past year we decided we were going to purchase our first home. Given we were new in the Home Buyer's Market we wanted to find someone who was experienced in the Housing and Construction Market. We decided to Approach Ellsworth to help us through this process.
We knew a fair amount about Ellsworth's experience in the housing and building field. Given he had spent a number of years working in the construction area as well as overseeing various community buildings ie: Community Centers, Community Stages as well as other Community Construction Projects, as well as 8 years in Real Estate. Our first venture was to look at the Purchase of an already constructed home. When that didn't work out Ellsworth continued the process to help us with finding a piece of land to build on, Working with the Mortgage Broker as well as the Builder and the Lawyer to make sure everything fell in place to make our dream home complete.
Ellsworth was always there to make sure everything was done properly and in order and he was never too busy to respond to our calls and to make sure everything got done on time. We moved into our home on January 20th, 2017 after a few last-minute glitches which Ellsworth jumped in to quickly address. This past year I decided to look into the purchase of my first home. I knew this would be a huge undertaking so I talked with my Parents and Grandparents about looking into the purchase and where I should start to get the ball rolling. My Parents and Grandparents were long-time friends of Ellsworth and had dealt with him on many issues over the years. Needless to say, they felt given Ellsworth's knowledge in the construction industry and given he had his own Real Estate Company, this would be a great place to start. Ellsworth started the process to set up properties to view in the various areas I was interested in and kept me up to speed on the market conditions in those areas.
In July Ellsworth set up an appointment with Ford Matchim who had just started working with the company. Ellsworth gave me an overview of Ford's experience and expertise and asked me if I would be ok having Ford take on the role of finding my first home.

He was always keenly aware of my concerns and always made sure I had that extra time to talk with my Parents about any properties we looked at and when we finally settled on one in Conception Bay South he made sure he took the time to meet with my parents when they came in to view the house with me.
